WebThe objective of the present study was to evaluate the possible inhibitory effect of sulfonylureas and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) on canagliflozin metabolism in vitro. Three sulfonylurea derivatives were evaluated as inhibitors: chlorpropamide, glimepiride and gliclazide.
